Supplier Quality Engineering


Job Description

  • Facilitate and lead RCA efforts for major supplier caused quality failures using systematic methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams).

  • Support the qualification of new parts and processes through PPAP (production part approval process).

  • Generate timely and accurate Monthly/Quarterly Quality Reports and dashboards, including Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) and Defective Parts Per Million (PPM) for supplier parts.

  • Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for supplier quality improvements

Basic Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical or any other relevant field.

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering or Quality Engineering.

  • Good written & verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal skills

  • Self motivated & passionate to drive zero defect quality culture

  • Good problem solving knowledge & able to work independently
