Mission

Design compelling campaigns that aligns with the brand’s visual guidelines, help improve brand positioning, enhances customer engagement, and drives conversions across various marketing channels.

What you will do

  • Design high-quality marketing deliverables for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.

  • Partner with creative team to develop concepts and visuals for marketing campaigns that contributes to brand positioning and differentiation.

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that proposals aligns with visual and strategic campaign objectives.

  • Regularly test new design techniques and tools to optimize effectiveness, aiming for continuous improvement.

Competencies

Design Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • You have more than 3 years of experience working within creative or marketing teams.

  • Preferably with experience in Marketing, startups, or fintech industries.

  • You have experience developing concepts and visual outputs for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • You follow best practices to elevate design quality and effectiveness across channels and formats.

  • You understand and consistently apply brand visual guidelines and identify brand expression opportunities.

Graphic and Visual Design Skills

  • Demonstrate proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or others.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, such as brochures, infographics, social media graphics, email templates, video editions, and animation.

  • Ability to create visually compelling designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

 Marketing Understanding

  • You understand marketing goals, channels, formats and adapt design for each.

  • Knowledge of fintech products and services, or a willingness to quickly acquire such knowledge, to ensure alignment with company messaging.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams, content creators, third-party agencies, marketing vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver on design projects.

  • Leadership and proactivity.

Attention to Detail

  • Exceptional attention to detail in design work, including accuracy in orthography, typography, color schemes, and layout.

  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize.
