Job Description​

Shift:

Full Time: Sunday Monday and Thursday nights 7pm-7:30am with 2 nights as House Supervisor and 1 night as a unit RN.

OR

Part Time: 2 nights as a House Supervisor

Options are: Sun & Mon OR  

Sun & Thurs OR

Fri & Sat

We are currently seeking a full time RN Supervisor.

  • Provides structures and maintains a therapeutic environment
  • Possesses and/or develops the required critical skills knowledge and behaviors necessary to provide leadership for organizational growth and operational improvements.
  • Actively participates in and provides coaching to staff regarding the performance process particularly on the shift supervised.
  • Works in collaboration with other departments and other shifts with an emphasis on consistent and therapeutic patient care

Mandt - Healthstream - Healthstream, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
