What to expect?
As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from consulting with Hiring Managers to designing and implementing attraction strategies, defining job skill specifications, and sourcing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers within the business
End-to-End Staffing Process: Manage the entire staffing process within the region, from implementing sourcing strategies and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, creating offer letters, and facilitating relocation
Compliance and Counseling: Advise managers on the hiring process, ensuring compliance with corporate and government policies
Strategic Contribution: Utilize your significant business knowledge and subject matter expertise to contribute to the execution of staffing strategies, including talent attraction, hiring, relocation, and contingent workforce management
What do we expect?
Typically, 2-6 years of related experience, with a focus on IT recruitment
Strong communication skills in both French and English
Subject matter expertise in the IT market
Proven experience in managing relationships and staffing projects
