Product Pipeline

The Commercial Manager plays a crucial administrative role in supporting the sales team, including planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on our customer engagement activities—such as Sales Rep or Key Account Manager led meetings, GSK standalone meetings, and external congresses. In addition, the Commercial Manager is responsible for delivering omnichannel content plans and activities to engage healthcare professionals, contributing to various parts of the customer journey. This role also involves leading the development and localization of the customer-oriented omnichannel content strategy in close alignment with the Brand Manager.

In this role you will…

  • Be a key driver of performance by supporting the business unit to deliver excellent execution within our Therapy Areas and managing administrative duties in compliance with regulations.
  • Create, edit, and review scientific content for marketing materials and disease awareness campaigns, including detail aids, brochures, websites, videos, and social media posts, while ensuring the effectiveness of the message and creating a great customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team, including sales representatives, to coordinate congresses, conferences, and other external or internal meetings, such as company-wide/national conferences.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Pharmaceutical Governance, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure all content complies with applicable requirements and guidelines, and manage the sign-off and ENLI process for promotional materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest communication and marketing trends to ensure content relevance and impact, manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on business objectives, and identify opportunities for localizing global marketing campaigns.

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific and/or marketing discipline
  •  fluent in Danish and English, speaking and writing
  • Experience from similar roles such as Marketing Coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and edit promotional materials clearly, concisely, and engagingly, with high attention to detail for quality control and compliance.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and other digital marketing tools

Preferred:

  • Understanding of Danish healthcare, interest in marketing and disease awareness
  • Experience in the pharma industry and ENLI rules
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing administrative duties according to compliance and team needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines, and maintain a great can-do attitude eager to learn and meet deadlines.
