As a graduate trainee at RBS International, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

• Participate in four distinct rotations across RBS International in Jersey
• Learn from industry experts and immediately apply your learnings

• Explore cutting edge tools and technology to tackle financial crime and fraud
• Implement new digital tools and processes to improve our customer journeys
• Gain unique experiences through rotating in our Institutional Banking business

To be eligible for our RBS International graduate programme, you’ll need:

• To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
• A growth mindset and passion for learning
• To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
• A customer-first approach
• To be a keen problem solver
• Attention to detail
• A genuine desire to help us become a relationship bank for a digital world

It’s important to take the time to make sure you’re making the right decision about the programme you want to apply for (you can only apply for one programme) but please complete your application as soon as you can to make sure you don’t miss out!

Not all of our graduate programmes offer Skilled Worker sponsorship. We will only offer sponsorship if there is a business requirement to do so and the job meets Skilled Worker Visa eligibility criteria.
