This position is based out of North Andover, MA and reports to Sr. Director of Global Trade Compliance.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in overall management of Watts’ imports/exports to ensure compliance
Align and standardize material data for Customs activities
Ensure classifications between countries align and notate difference for review
Compare internal Watts reports to Customs broker and highlight discrepancies
Develop process to ensure all Customs records are maintained by entity
Update and revise the monthly Customs reports
Develop a report/presentation for Customs audit data and findings to identify root cause
Required Qualifications
Background in International Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Ability to interface with all Watts’ internal departments
Ability to coordinate and deliver project goals and objectives within a defined time period
Ability to be proactive in recognizing and adjusting to shifting priorities
Self-motivated and directed, capable of operating semi-autonomously
Excellent oral and written communication skills
P.C. experience and skills, specifically EXCEL, WORD and Outlook

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the [insert office] location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Pay Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $22-$26 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
