Global Expense Senior Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Global Expense Senior Analyst, to be located in Bogota, Colombia J&J office location.

 As a Global Expense Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening and managing Johnson & Johnson’s global expense and corporate card programs. In this high‑visibility role, you will partner with cross‑functional global teams, enhance operational excellence, and drive innovation within our Employee Experience and Finance operations. You will be part of a global ecosystem that encourages continuous learning, offers broad exposure, and supports clear career progression paths.

 Global Expense & Credit Card Program Operations

  • Lead front‑ and back‑office expense reporting activities including inquiry management, credit card administration, audits, and related operational processes.

  • Serve as a Global Program Administrator (PA) for corporate credit card programs, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.

  • Train and support local Program Administrators and maintain an up‑to‑date roster of active PAs.

Credit Card Governance & Compliance

  • Manage global credit card delinquency processes: run reports, issue notifications, escalate as needed, and provide summary insights to leadership.

  • Lead Company Bill/Company Pay program oversight, including personal spend tracking and unapplied charges.

  • Resolve escalated credit card issues and coordinate with card providers to ensure timely payment confirmations and proper allocation.

Continuous Improvement & Issue Resolution

  • Identify service gaps between J&J, credit card providers, and local business teams; propose and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Manage all Tier 3 cases via SFDC/ServiceNow and ensure SLA adherence.

  • Analyze escalation trends and develop best practices to reduce Tier 3 volume.

Global Program Expansion & Transformation

  • Support global credit card program updates, introduction of new card products, and integration of cards into Concur for country deployments.

  • Conduct end-to-end testing with Concur, IT, credit card providers, and the Global Treasury Service Center.

  • Implement additional card types (e.g., Corporate Meeting Cards, Meeting & Events Cards) as required.

Process Standardization, Metrics & Governance

  • Streamline and standardize global credit card application and approval workflows.

  • Transition card approval processes from local business teams to the customer support center, ensuring proper controls.

  • Develop and monitor metrics to assess process performance and health.

Payment Process Oversight

  • Initiate regional credit card payments and maintain payment trackers to ensure timely completion.

  • Support testing related to Concur enhancements and monitor T&E regional payment automation.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure credit card and cash payments remain on schedule.

  • Participate in weekly monitoring sessions with the Global Treasury Service Center and identify opportunities to enhance regional payment workflows.

  • Initiate e‑marketplace card payments for EMEA & LATAM and support ongoing changes, switches, and updates.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or directly related area is required.

  • A CMA, CPA, CFE, PMP or MBA is preferred.

  • Concur, banking and/or corporate credit card administration experience preferred.

  • Strong analytic skills are required.

  • Strong Project Management skills to handle new credit card implementations and credit card switches from one provider to another.

  • Experience with and the ability to frame issues/opportunities for management is required.

  • The ability to effectively prioritize efforts based on the key company objectives with minimal supervision is required.

  • Given the sensitive nature of the projects, this individual must be a strong Credo-based Leader who will maintain the highest standards of compliance and accountability and be extremely comfortable dealing with various levels of management.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements at the same time required.

  • Proven ability to identify root cause of problems/issues and appropriately engage others in the identification and implementation of a solution required.

  • Proven ability in process improvement and implementation is required

  • Proven leadership experience in training, leading, inspiring, and motivating direct and indirect individuals and/or teams required.

  • Must speak, read and write in English fluently

  • Excellent communication skills
