Supporting a range of activities within Information & Research including but not limited to:

  • Legal and regulatory monitoring to support internal daily awareness updates
  • Responding to information and research requests (for copies of laws, regulations, articles and company profiles)
  • Library management (maintain and organize the physical collection and associated administrative processes)
  • Internal database updating and maintenance
  • General support as required

Education / Qualification

  • Degree level in Law or Library Science (Desirable - final year student or Fresh Graduate)

Languages (written and spoken)

  • English
  • Bahasa Indonesia

Practical Experience

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently
  • Experience of database administration
  • Experience in a similar role (Law firm or other professional services firm experience)

Office Skills

  • Proven IT skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office

Commercial Skills

  • Awareness of the legal system in Indonesia
  • Customer Service skills
