In this role, you will:

  • Perform quality control activities in Lab and machine line to ensure product quality in shift (Variable testing; Product & Packaging Attribute testing)

  • Daily verify the effectiveness of online testing activities/production operators’ competencies

  • Online Testing for: Semi-FGs, In-process product, Finished Product.

  • Independent inspection for verification in Lab.

  • Inform and follow up with machine team to drive for quality product in shift to achieve specification and requirement.

  • Support quality testing for trial run, new project when needed.

  • Coordinate, support & perform re-inspection for the NC production lot

  • Deliver Quality Docs to machine when grade change ( Q3, TCTP) and collect the previous docs for storing and ensure everything is correct and well control.

  • Shift report for % RFT Make, PPM

  • Perform & maintain 5S for Lab and equipment

  • Provide quality analysis data such as bench test data, Aging study data… when required

  • Provide annual training for Operator on Quality packaging control, Online quality system, Quality objectives, quality policies, STMs, instructions and procedures, PASS system, Perceiving quality from the customer point of view…

  • Participate in Quality Management System & EHS audit if required

  • Participate in mill activity like Safety, PCS, CIP

  • Expected End Result (Why you do it?)

  • All data are available timely and accurately

  • Ensure sufficient trainings are provided as plan, Trainee skill are verified

  • The successful of above program & audit

  • Ways to Measure Accomplishment (How you can tell you have done it?)

  • Data availability and accuracy

  • % training completed vs plan, % verified trainee vs. requirement

  • The successful of above program & audit

Requirements:

  • Vocational degree or High School degree plus 1-3 years experiences in similar areas.

  • Basic computer skill (advanced skill would be advantageous).

  • Emphasized common skills: Analyzing, Problem solving, Planning, Organizing, Initiative, Decision Making, Flexibility, Thoroughness, Written/Oral Communication, Results Orientation and Integrity.

  • Basic Level of English would be advantageous,

  • Special knowledge: Knowledge and experiences in laboratory works is advantageous.
