Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• A bachelor’s degree or above in International and Trade, Business or relevant field is preferred.
• Extraordinary communication skills in English, minimum CET-6. TEM-8 is preferred
• Experience of commodity industry would be highly advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Internal Team

• Prompt follow up all internal procedures with ops team, trader, finance, accounting, compliance, legal, tax, etc.
• KYC status monitor and follow-up with clients.
• Daily update hedge orders and positions into internal systems and ensure accuracy of position reporting.
• Provide assistance for the whole team on internal reporting to control operational risks.
• Documents arrangement ,collection of settlements and payments.

- Service providers

• Checking and arranging service contracts, payments and claims
• Insure cargo/transports and logistics arrangements.
• Coordinate to prepare issuance of shipping documents.
• Conduct Due Diligence check on storage locations.

- Inspection

• Arrange inspection per company rules.
• Coordinate with terminals to reconcile the stock position.
• Organize stock audit if required.

- Others

• Prompt and update on operations system and reports, Record supply and stock management of Commercial products in Asia Pacific timely.
• Cover traffic operations to customers and service providers.
• Coordinate handling of all issues relating to business operations.
