The Human Resources (HR) team at Woven by Toyota partners with our global workforce to deliver employee-focused experiences and programs that drive engagement and growth. HR plays a key role in supporting talent development, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring employees have the resources they need to succeed. WHAT WE'LL GIVE YOU

This is a 3-month trainee opportunity designed to give you hands-on exposure to  HR Operations and key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, and core HR processes. You will collaborate with our HR Operations and Systems teams, developing practical skills in HR and business systems while contributing with integrity and professionalism.

You will also gain experience in data auditing, documentation, knowledge management, and process improvement while learning how HR supports company-wide programs. Throughout the role, you will strengthen your communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment.
