What you will do

  • Process and manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

  • Oversee contract management and coordination with local suppliers.

  • Monitor order status, proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders.

  • Manage all import-export activities and ensure compliance with local customs regulations.

  • Coordinate transportation of goods to and from Stryker warehouses, including outbound deliveries to clients.

  • Handle trade compliance activities, including monitoring regulatory changes and taking necessary actions.

  • Control and approve customs and transportation costs while managing payment processes.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and other teams to support daily operations and integration of new products.

 What you need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or supply chain.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).

  • Proficient in English (preferred).

  • Experience in reporting and dashboard interpretation.

Preferred:

  • Involvement in or support of project initiatives.

  • Experience with JDE Oracle
