Role Definition 

Supports the business by executing HR customer service and higher complexity administrative duties analyzing data and gathering relevant information and accompanying projects related to Human Resources processes, using the Power Platform to ensure that the HR area has accurate and timely information to address challenges and improve operational efficiency. 

 

What you will do 

  • Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management. 

  • Provides an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes. 

  • Develops expertise across HR operational process areas and supports the identification, assessment, and implementation of continuous improvement digital opportunities. 

  • Supports the maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and the gathering and reporting of HR operational metrics. 

 

Degree Requirement 

  • A university degree in Engineering, Systems, Software Development, or a related career, or be in the last semester with practical knowledge in technological platforms and programming languages  

  • English Intermediate 

 

Skills you will have 

Information Capture 

Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information like Microsoft forms, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists and expert to use tools of collaboration like Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive 

 

Service Excellence: Demonstrates strong Service Excellence through active listening, the use of techniques to clarify customer needs (including open- and closed-ended questioning), and professional written communication across channels such as email and Microsoft Teams. Manages service requests by properly logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and closing tickets. Ensures compliance with SLAs and provides timely and proactive follow-up to deliver an exceptional service experience.  

 

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to define problems, analyzing root causes, evaluating alternatives using structured methods (e.g., cost–benefit, prioritization matrices), and assessing risks. Uses data and key HR metrics to make informed, evidencebased decisions and applies tools such as Excel, Power BI. 

 

Human Resources Consulting: knowledge across the employee lifecycle and HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee movements, absences, disciplinary actions, and offboarding. Effectively uses and explains HR tools such as HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), basic People Analytics.  

 

Top Candidates will also have 

  • Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Share Point Lists, Python, Power Query) 

 

Additional Information 

  • Location of the post: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. 

  • This position requires 10% travel 

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday.
