What you'll be doing
As part of the Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll play a key role in delivering financial advice, products, and services to clients across Canada. As the Senior Director, Product Owner for Digital Acquisition Chequing and Bundles, you’ll drive new account acquisition through digital channels including driving clients marketing through paid digital and social platforms and other content rich medium. You’ll lead the Digital Acquisition Chequing agile squad, collaborate closely with partner teams, and develop strategies to attract clients to our Smart chequing accounts and to bundled solutions. Your responsibilities include designing integrated marketing plans, driving profitable account growth, and overseeing a high-performing agile team committed to quality and collaboration. You’ll thrive in a dynamic office environment, occasionally managing significant project pressures and tight deadlines.

How you'll succeed
Lead agile squad – Guide a cross-functional team to execute digital acquisition strategies for Chequing and Bundled Products.
Develop digital strategy – Create and deliver integrated marketing plans to acquire quality clients and accounts across digital platforms.
Design channel campaigns – Develop campaigns focused on profitable account growth, multi-product sales, and enhancing brand equity.
Drive continuous improvement – Foster a culture of continuous improvement to shape future channel strategies.
Increase digital distribution – Analyze the digital funnel and risk rules to improve targeting, messaging, and tactics for increased sales volume.
Identify opportunities – Explore and address employee and client acquisition experience opportunities across all channels.
Manage channel engagement – Oversee channel engagement through benchmarking, customer research, and forums to better understand client needs.
