About Team
The Associate Digital Experience (ADE) team manages the Client Services Engineering & support and Campus Technology teams for the organization. We support a large heterogenous enterprise environment that includes, but not limited to Windows and MAC based end user systems, VDI, O365/Exchange, Endpoint vulnerabilities and manage related compliances.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities include
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end project management for campus provisioning, from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Campus Provisioning:
Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, and communication systems, across campus environments.
Ensure that all IT services and infrastructure meet the technical and operational requirements of the campus.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including campus administrators, IT teams, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to address challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are tracked accurately.
Ensure that all project resources, including personnel and equipment, are utilized efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the organization’s objectives.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and document lessons learned.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure and campus provisioning.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects in a campus or similar environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, and telecommunications.
Familiarity with campus provisioning and related technologies.
Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional ability to manage and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong articulation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
