Data Analyst:

 

As a Data Analyst at Encora, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. You will leverage your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and Order Management Systems (OMS) to deliver valuable insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Data Extraction and Transformation: Utilize GCP tools and SQL to extract data from various sources, including SFCC, OMS, and other systems. Clean and prepare data for analysis.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Employ statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze data and uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies. Create compelling dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to effectively store and manage data.
• Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including SFCC, OMS, and other systems, into a unified data warehouse or data lake.
• Automation: Develop automated data pipelines and processes to streamline data analysis and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other team members to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with GCP data engineering tools and services, such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.  
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
• Certifications in GCP data engineering or cloud architecture.
