Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning of endpoint devices and related IT services. This position will be Full-time, Onsite - Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

  • Installation, configuration, imaging endpoints, new user onboarding

  • Managing incidents and requests coming from users and resolve within the SLA

  • Provide IT support for remote users working from home or onsite

  • Support and troubleshooting hardware – laptop, desktop, printers, mobile devices, etc.

  • Knowledge of domain, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, etc.

  • Endpoint security & Microsoft endpoint management tools

  • Installation and supporting various software and tools including Microsoft products used in the environment and constantly evolving applications

  • Email configuration on desktop, laptop, mobile devices

  • Knowledge on networking, IP address, passive network components, wireless network

  • Liaise with team or central teams to effectively coordinate and resolve issues

  • Take ownership of faults in a logical manner and throughout their entire lifecycle

  • Asset inventory and management

  • Identify recurring issues or service risks to have permanent solution

  • Root cause analysis for critical issues

  • Vendor management and coordination

  • Good verbal and written communication

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Education level – Any Graduation

  • Experience – Hands-on experience, minimum 3 years

Preferred:

  • Certification: Microsoft & ITIL certification is an added advantage

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
