● Ability to apply strong technical knowledge of corrugator and converting processes to guide decisions and problem-solving.
● Ability to think strategically while maintaining direct accountability for operational execution and results.
● Ability to lead, coach, and hold leaders accountable in a lean organizational structure without additional management layers.
● Ability to drive continuous improvement through data analysis, standardization, and disciplined follow-through.
● Ability to influence regional partners and achieve results within a dotted-line support model.
● Ability to manage labor relations and operational change in a union manufacturing environment.
