Buscamos un Launch Lead experimentado para liderar el lanzamiento de un producto biológico destinado a tratar la Enfermedad Pulmonar Obstructiva Crónica (EPOC). Este rol estratégico requerirá habilidades excepcionales de liderazgo y planificación.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y liderar la estrategia de lanzamiento.
  • Definir y gestionar los recursos necesarios para el lanzamiento, asegurando que se cumplan los hitos en tiempo y forma.
  • Identificar y desarrollar insights claves en el mercado de la EPOC para dirigir la estrategia de marketing y asegurar la diferenciación del producto.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con líderes de opinión y stakeholders clave dentro del área respiratoria.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos y externos (market access, government affairs, departamento médico y fuerza de ventas) para asegurar un lanzamiento efectivo y alineado con los objetivos del negocio.

¿Por qué tú?

Requisitos Básicos:

  • Experiencia previa en marketing en la industria farmacéutica.
  • Experiencia previa en el lanzamiento de productos, preferentemente en el ámbito de la EPOC o enfermedades respiratorias.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado (mínimo C1 o equivalente), con capacidad para desarrollar y presentar estrategias y resultados en inglés.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación efectivas para interactuar con stakeholders internos y externos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, con enfoque en la planificación estratégica y ejecución de lanzamientos.

Requisitos Altamente Valorables:

  • Experiencia en productos biológicos o terapias avanzadas.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de toma de decisiones.
  • Orientación a resultados y habilidades para gestionar múltiples prioridades.
