About NoHo Labs

NoHo Labs is building the leading direct-to-consumer peptide therapy platform. We’re creating a new category at the intersection of health optimization, peptides, and telehealth, backed by 8VC and other top investors.

The Role

You’ll own our mobile experience and be the senior voice on all things iOS. Our member app is central to patient engagement. Onboarding, injection training, protocol tracking, outcomes visualization, and clinician communication all happen here. You’ll work at the same level as our senior full-stack engineers and may grow into leading a mobile team as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the iOS member app end-to-end

  • Define mobile architecture and best practices

  • Build delightful UX for complex healthcare workflows

  • Integrate with our NestJS backend and Canvas Medical EHR

  • Implement push notifications, HealthKit integration, and offline-first patterns

  • Collaborate with product and design on new features

  • Potentially grow into managing mobile engineers as we scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI)

  • Experience as a senior/lead mobile engineer

  • Track record shipping consumer apps to the App Store

  • Strong UI/UX sensibility—you care about the details

  • Comfortable with AI coding tools and eager to push their limits

  • Startup mentality: ownership, speed, scrappiness

Bonus Points

  • Experience with health apps, HealthKit, or HIPAA requirements

  • React Native experience (for potential cross-platform)

  • Previous work at health-tech companies

  • Experience leading or mentoring mobile engineers
