Job Description:

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher — Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical.. or business management)

Experience

  • Several years of relevant sales experience (commonly 3+ years minimum for senior sales roles).

  • Experience selling industrial products, technical solutions, B2B products, or complex product portfolios is preferred.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing business, and managing customer relationships.

Sales & Business Skills

  • Business development capability — ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Account management skills — building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interface with key customers.

  • Experience preparing and executing sales plans and strategies that align with business goals.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs in assigned territory or industry.

  • For technical product lines (e.g., C.R area, industrial abrasives, specialty materials), technical/product knowledge or ability to learn technical details is highly advantageous.

Professional Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking sales activities may be expected.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support).

Language & Communication

  • English proficiency (reading and writing) is often required, especially for interacting with regional/global teams.

Responsibilities Typically Included

  • Develop and maintain stable customer relationships and explore new customer opportunities.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

  • Execute sales plans to achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
