The Role

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving clinical excellence in healthcare?

We’re looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our Sage Division in Christchurch, specialising in Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention. In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers—educating clinicians, supporting product adoption, and advancing existing opportunities in the sales pipeline. You’ll help healthcare providers deliver safer, more effective care through our innovative solutions.

This is a Christchurch-based role with occasional travel to other parts of New Zealand. Please note this is an 8-month contract role initially, with scope for extension and other internal opportunities at Stryker.

What you'll do

  • Strengthen relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Deliver engaging product education, in-servicing, and training sessions
  • Support clinical evaluations and ensure smooth product implementation
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to progress sales opportunities
  • Provide outstanding post-sale support and customer service

What we're looking for

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, clinical education, or account management (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and influence across diverse clinical settings
  • Knowledge of hospital environments and clinical workflows

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, nursing, business or related field
