Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Program Supervisor to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Work:

  • Create a healthy, engaging, typical home for individuals with mental illness
  • Supervise all aspects of program operations including the physical site, budgeting, staff, and individuals supported
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the comprehensive care for all individuals in services and ensure appropriate implementation of these plans and quality services are provided
  • Manage and mentor program staff including scheduling, timesheets, performance evaluation, and training
  • Adhere to all licensing, federal, state, and local regulations
  • Support individuals to become independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life with valued social roles (ex: friend, neighbor, student, employee)
  • Provide coverage and on-call support on a rotating basis as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience in the human services field, preferably in mental health services
  • SCR programs ONLY: Current and valid Program Administrator Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to apply proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web based system
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
  • Valid driver's license and have daily access to a properly insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience strongly preferred
