Industry Experience: Understanding of full value chain of Utilities industry that includes Generation (both conventional and renewable), Transmission, Distribution, Wholesale (Trading) and Retail business of Power, Water and Consumer gas in all forms, Sewage, EV Infra. Proven experience in building solutions for the above industries. Position Type: Full-time Job Summary: As AD - Information Technology Services, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and solutions to clients within the Renewable Power Generation, Power Transmission, and Power Distribution industry among others. This role requires a strategic thinker mindset with a deep understanding of both IT services and the unique challenges and opportunities within the power and utilities sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Renewable Power Generation, Power Transmission, and Power Distribution industry. • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and align services accordingly. 2. Service Delivery: • Lead the delivery of IT services, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of projects. • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure for clients. 3. Strategic Planning: • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the IT services division, aligning with industry trends and client needs. • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service delivery. 4. Team Leadership: • Build and manage a skilled team of IT professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities. • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the IT services division. 5. Project Management: • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects for clients. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 6. Continuous Improvement: • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Electrical, Information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 22 years of experience in IT services, with a focus on the Renewable Power Generation, Power Transmission, or Power Distribution industry. • Proven experience in client relationship management and project delivery. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
