What You’ll Do
• Build and standardize processes and best practices to support the Customer Success team and cross-functional partners.
• Define and produce KPIs, executive reporting, and dashboards that drive insights and decisions.
• Maintain and optimize Customer Success tools and platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
• Coordinate compliance activities, including annual audits and vendor assessments.
• Support event planning and communication efforts for webinars and customer engagements.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success operations or a similar role.
• Strong ability to design and improve processes, manage data, and create actionable reporting.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, global environments.
• Comfortable with tools like CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and third-party portals.
Nice to Have
• Experience with compliance management and audit processes.
• Familiarity with automation tools and efficiency-driven technologies.
• Background in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
This position will be located in México and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
