We are hiring:

Sales Coordinator

Role purpose

  • Administrative and organizational backbone of the sales team.
  • Back-up for Order Manager

RESPONSABILITIES

 Executive & Organizational Support

  •  Preparation of presentations for customers, partners, and management. Preparation of sales reports and forecasts in coordination with Head of Sales
  • Support strategic initiatives linked to sales growth and international expansion
  • Optimize internal sales processes in coordination with Head of Sales

Sales & Commercial Support

Ownership of sales administration, documentation, and CRM discipline :

  • Coordination and preparation of quotations, contracts, and commercial documentation. Ownership of sales contracts at Legal departments. Manage SI agreements and contracts
  • Supporting Sales with follow-up tracking on quotations, customer actions, and internal deadlines by means of Salesforce. Track open accounts and make payment plans in accordance with Sales reps and finance department
  • Support tender processes and structured bid documentation

Integration & Key contact role

Act as the primary coordination point between the two operation companies, BAKON and UNIFILLER, for sales, application, and order teams.

  • Ensure alignment across departments on:
    • System integration and updates
    • Lead times and delivery schedules
    • Technical documentation and specifications
    • Commercial terms and conditions
    • Joint customer projects and international opportunities
    • Consistent communication and documentation towards customers and partners
  • Support the rollout, maintenance, and continuous improvement of shared processes and tools with UNIFILLER.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or relevant professional experience/qualifications gained through work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles, ideally within technical or industrial sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory). Additional languages (e.g., German, French) are considered a plus but are not required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of technical documentation and contract management is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple teams or departments, especially in international settings.
