Our eCOA Global Data Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of clinical data across complex studies. We are currently seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join our Bangalore team and serve as a key partner to sponsors and internal project teams throughout the data lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors on all Data Management topics, including data collection, data cleaning, data reconciliation, data delivery, database lock, and timeline management.
Define and maintain the Data Management Plan (DMP), collaborating with sponsors to gather study requirements, determine required edit checks, and establish study‑specific data processing guidelines.
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate study setup, including demographic parameters and visit schedules, while communicating DMP commitments to Clinical Data Management teams.
Lead the development, customization, and approval of data transfer specifications; coordinate closely with SAS programmers and sponsor teams.
Validate file formats and content, generate sample datasets, and maintain approval documentation related to sample data and data transfer agreements.
Manage database lock processes to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables.
Oversee the review and escalation of Data Clarification Requests (DCRs) and collaborate with data coordinators and project managers to resolve queries and site‑specific issues.
Contribute to high‑quality study setup by participating in the review of Data Management components.
Maintain accurate, audit‑ready Data Management documentation, including DMPs, file specifications, agreements, data correction records, and client communications.
Conduct regular status meetings with sponsors/CROs and internal stakeholders, preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
Process routine data runs and manage sample, complete, and final data deliveries.
Support internal reporting by providing Data Management metrics as needed and clearly communicating project status to sponsors and project teams.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of clinical Data Management or related clinical research experience.
Prior client‑facing experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAS or SQL is a plus.
Familiarity with CDISC SDTM standards beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving capability, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
