As a Graduate Trainee in our Client Service Operations division, you will gain experience in:  

Organizing and optimizing information systems  

  • Improving SharePoint accessibility and efficiency.  

Project administration and setup 

  • Assisting with task configuration and supporting automation initiatives  

Stakeholder management and report tracking 

  • Monitor reports and guide stakeholders in timely and accurate submissions of reports. 

Scheduling and operational support  

  • Contributing to operational excellence by coordinating key activities and managing scheduling for senior leadership.  

 

Your Profile 

  • Our program duration is 12 months  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, business analytics, or STEM studies.  

  • 0-2 years of working experience in operations support, project coordination, or information management 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Good collaboration skills. 

  • Solid communication skills.
