Nurse Coordinator, RN - Primary Care - Queens Medical Group / Whitestone

In this role, the Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing direct nursing care in an outpatient setting; oversees the clinical staff and their activities, provides medication/injection teaching and demonstrates expertise in all aspects of care. In addition, works in collaboration with administration and supporting three Physician Leaders to plan and implement administrative/operational activities while adhering to practice guidelines. This position is expected to travel and cover other sites if needed.

This is a full-time 36.25-hour weekly position (Monday - Friday), 8am - 4pm schedule. The office is located at 14-02 150th Street, Whitestone, NY 11357.

Preferred Criteria

  • At least 3-5 years of RN experience
  • Experience working in busy primary care practice
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Italian a plus

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing
  • Current New York State RN license
  • BCLS certification with American Heart Association

Salary Range:

$114,500-$166,000/Annual
