Job Summary

We are looking to add a Corporate Treasury Analyst to our Vienna, Austria, team.  Reporting to the EMEA Treasurer, this role is responsible for supporting treasury activities across cash management, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange (FX) risk management while contributing to treasury process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. The position combines treasury and financial risk management expertise with strong analytical capabilities, leveraging automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and treasury controls.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Support global cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting.
• Analyze cash flow trends and support liquidity planning activities.
• Monitor FX exposures, prepare risk reports, and support hedge programs.
• Assist with FX transaction execution, settlement, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve forecasting and exposure visibility.

• Develop treasury dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Support Treasury Management Systems, bank connectivity, and FX platforms.
• Drive process automation through AI, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with IT to improve treasury data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging treasury technologies and fintech solutions.

• Support compliance with treasury policies, SOX, and internal controls.
• Maintain process documentation and support audit activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve treasury processes.

The Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, FX, Financial Risk Management, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Coupa, or similar).
• Experience with FXall, Bloomberg, or other FX trading platforms.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be fluent in German and English.

• Treasury or finance certification (CTP, CFA, ACT) is a plus.
