About You

In this professional role, you will focus on delivering accurate, compliant, and timely accounting and financial reporting outcomes while supporting restructuring and project accounting activities in a GCC environment. You will collaborate closely with Controllers, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance, continuous improvement, and adherence to corporate controls and policies.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 6–8 years of experience in finance & Accounting, GCC environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience; MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus.

  • Working knowledge of restructuring accounting: purchase accounting/valuation, opening balance sheet setup, restructuring reserves, and related disclosures/controls.

  • Hands-on skills in SAP Project System (PS): WBS structuring, network/activity planning, settlement, and integration with FI/CO.

  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP GL accounting, Project accounting.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (Intermediate–Advanced)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to influence without authority

  • Support restructuring accounting activities, including purchase accounting/valuation support, opening balance sheet setup, restructuring reserves, and preparation of related disclosures and control documentation.

  • Perform project accounting support in SAP Project System (PS), including WBS maintenance, network/activity planning support, budgeting and settlement processing, and ensuring integration/accuracy between PS and FI/CO.

  • Perform routine and at times complex accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and other month‑end close activities including hedge accounting

  • Prepare statutory financial statements for specified entities and analyze results to assure the accuracy of these statements

  • Provide support to the Controller’s office for resolving questions and issues related to financial statements.

  • Identify, recommend, and participate in the implementation of process transformation opportunities, at times leading such implementations

  • Initiate, lead or actively participate in special projects that meet the needs of customers and/or enhance efficiency and streamline department processes and procedures

  • Ensure consistent application of established corporate financial controls

  • Audit and maintain process documentation and policies to ensure accuracy, effectiveness and reliability of the established financial controls
