DSM/DSE responsibility

  • Distributors Account development: Distribution management and biz development.
  • Align with BU to setup Go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth in long tail accounts
  • Development and execution of distributor strategy by leveraging ADI's unique capabilities
  • Identify local emerge market/ecosystem, drive channel partners design opportunity pipelines and new customers
  • Distributors/Key customer relationship management skills up to senior management levels

ABILITY AND EXPAND RELATIONSHIPS AT KEY CUSTOMERS

  • Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, active listener.
  • Good negotiation skill and influence others
  • Ability to understand block diagrams of customer’s systems
  • In-depth market insight
  • Strategic thinking
  • Technical background is plus

Qualifications for the FSE role include:

  • BSEE/MSEE or equivalent technical degree with preference for semiconductor expertise
  • 3-5 years of related experience in electronics components industry with a proven track record
  • Project management skills with ability to leverage unique strengths of all stakeholders
