Your Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of accounting and financial principles by regularly reviewing, reconciling, and consolidating financial data;

• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to resolve outstanding issues accurately and efficiently.

• Act as a subject matter expert by conducting in-depth analyses, reviews, and presentations of financial reports.

• Support financial close processes (e.g., year-end closing coordination).

• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying, analyzing, and maintaining data, as well as supporting the development and implementation of process improvements.

• Participate in process reviews, business analyses, and internal control testing to ensure compliance with regulations such as German GAAP and SOX.

• Serve as a key contact for cross-functional collaboration.

• Assist in various projects assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental objectives.

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in English for business communication (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Controlling position.

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO.

• Excellent communication skills, combined with intercultural competence and adaptability.

• A persuasive, self-confident, and energetic personality with a positive outlook.

• Experience or knowledge in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
