Your Responsibilities:
Apply knowledge of accounting and financial principles by regularly reviewing, reconciling, and consolidating financial data;
Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to resolve outstanding issues accurately and efficiently.
Act as a subject matter expert by conducting in-depth analyses, reviews, and presentations of financial reports.
Support financial close processes (e.g., year-end closing coordination).
Enhance operational efficiency by identifying, analyzing, and maintaining data, as well as supporting the development and implementation of process improvements.
Participate in process reviews, business analyses, and internal control testing to ensure compliance with regulations such as German GAAP and SOX.
Serve as a key contact for cross-functional collaboration.
Assist in various projects assigned by the supervisor.
Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental objectives.
Our Requirements:
Fluency in English for business communication (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Over 5 years of experience in a Controlling position.
Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO.
Excellent communication skills, combined with intercultural competence and adaptability.
A persuasive, self-confident, and energetic personality with a positive outlook.
Experience or knowledge in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
