Job Description

Essential Responsibilities / Chi tiết công việc:

Perform metal fabrication tasks: cutting, welding, grinding, and assembling components according to drawings.
Thực hiện các công việc gia công kim loại: cắt, hàn, mài và lắp ráp chi tiết theo bản vẽ.

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
Đọc hiểu bản vẽ chế tạo và các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.

Operate lifting and handling equipment (overhead cranes, hoists) safely for module assembly.
Vận hành thiết bị nâng hạ (cầu trục, pa lăng) an toàn để lắp ráp module.

Check dimensions and alignment using measuring tools and gauges.
Kiểm tra kích thước và độ chính xác bằng dụng cụ đo lường.

Prepare and organize tools, materials, and work sequences for efficient production.
Chuẩn bị và sắp xếp dụng cụ, vật tư và trình tự công việc để sản xuất hiệu quả.

Comply with all safety rules and regulations, including confined space and working at height standards.
Tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, bao gồm tiêu chuẩn làm việc trong không gian hạn chế và trên cao.

Requirements / Yêu cầu:

Upper secondary education or technical diploma in Mechanical/Electrical fields, or equivalent experience.
Tốt nghiệp trung học phổ thông hoặc trung cấp kỹ thuật chuyên ngành Cơ khí/Điện, hoặc có kinh nghiệm tương đương.

2–4 years of experience in metal fabrication or industrial assembly.
Có từ 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong gia công kim loại hoặc lắp ráp công nghiệp.

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
Có khả năng đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật và sử dụng dụng cụ đo lường.

Experience with welding and handling operations is an advantage.
Có kinh nghiệm hàn và vận hành thiết bị nâng hạ là một lợi thế.

Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work in rotating shifts (6h–14h / 14h–22h / 22h–6h).

Good teamwork and communication skills.
