Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Works closely with Treasury Solutions (TS) teammates and Line of Business (LOB) partners to proactively identify opportunities and drive strategic sales and portfolio growth.As an Associate 1, the teammate would either support a portfolio of large and complex clients in partnership with a Treasury Consultant or manage a small portfolio independently and support Treasury Consultants
2. Assists in managing multiple portfolios of clients with Treasury Solution needs, requiring 1) general knowledge of banking, 2) knowledge of Truist products and services (Deposits, Treasury Management, Digital, Card and Merchant) and 3) business cash flow and working capital concepts
3. Conducts industry, Line of Business or region-specific market research, both to support prospecting and to provide custom insights and trends to internal partners and external clients
4. Ensures best in class sales disciplines are executed by completing tasks, following up to ensure others are completing or advising less experienced teammates to complete. Sales disciplines include pre-call planning, pipeline review & management, Salesforce opportunity inputs & tracking, transparent client communications, adequate documentation of conversations, disclosures or approvals and other various sales tool support
5. Commits to provide a holistic client experience by providing end-to-end oversight of a client's experience. This includes staying aware of various processes that are part of a client's experience to help identify any gaps, hurdles or disconnects among internal partners
6. Adheres to and follows all applicable policies, procedures and operating guidelines in daily work. Identifies gaps and proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attention
7. Ability to consult with a client through various methods of communication in an effective manner (ex. In person, email, voicemail, virtual meetings, etc.)
8. Provides mentorship and coaching to new teammates and more junior teammates (Analysts) and builds an internal network with critical partners to provide the best client experiences and the best teammates experiences
9. Adheres and follows all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalates issues and risks to leadership's attention
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

2. 3+ year(s) of related financial work experience
3. Demonstrated excellence working on many intiatives or opportunities simultaneously

7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Certified Treasury Professional
