We are looking for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our friendly nursing team.
You will need to have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, have a friendly and flexible approach and to work well as part of a team.
There will be some sole nursing at weekends and occasional weekdays dependng on the branch being worked at. You will be performing a variety of procedures alongside our Vet team and we provide various service including Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue surgery as well as Acupuncture with visiting Specialists within Orthopaedics and Cardiology too.
The Warren House Vet Group is part of the Linnaeus Group and is a four branch, small animal practice based in the Medway Towns. The business has been practising for over 40 years and some of the team are still with us having been here over 30 years! We employ over 45 members of staff across the group, 16 of which are RVNS. We also have two student nurses and two PCAs on the team.
During the week we have shift patterns between 8am and 6.45pm. Weekend shifts are currently Saturdays only 8am-4.45pm and are usually one Saturday in four. At the moment we are closed on a Sundays and bank holidays, but if these are re-introduced the shifts are just 8.45am to 12.45pm and are shared between the whole nursing team. There is no OOH as this is provided by VetsNow.
