Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and financial accounting principles within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom enhancements and reports in SAP CO modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
