About the Role

We are looking for a Pricing Director who will share our passion to contribute to a better online world. The role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and market positioning for both new and renewal subscriptions.

This individual will lead the pricing team, collaborating cross-functionally with Go To Market and Product teams to ensure pricing structures optimize revenue and profitability while maintaining competitiveness in the market.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Develop overall pricing strategy framework – Determine how and why we price
  • Develop new product pricing– Work alongside the Product team to ensure that new product launches are priced to deliver the best results
  • Offer management - Work with acquisition and retention teams on discounting levels and promotional tools
  • Market Analysis – Review the market to analyze competitor pricing, customer value perception, and industry trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments
  • Pricing Governance - Own the control framework for pricing changes across the total organization
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pricing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Financial Modelling: Own the financial models and pricing simulations to forecast impacts of different pricing structures on acquisition and retention.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Advanced Excel skills, proven ability to work with Data
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at different levels and from different cultures and backgrounds 
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to present to Senior stakeholders
  • 100% team player with excellent collaboration skills
