Business Development Manager
Prolink (a TD Synnex Company) is looking for a BDM in Istanbul.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager experienced in Cyber Security products and will be focused on end users to drive growth and expand our market presence. This role is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of Prolink.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in target markets.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting end user relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., channel sales, marketing, technic) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
* Generate regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Proven track record of success in business development or sales in Cyber Security sector.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients quickly.
* Highly organized with strong project management and time management abilities.
* High level English (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
