Job Description:

As a Sr. Director of Strategy, you will help shape the strategic priorities for the company and partner with the leadership team across all business functions to execute them and drive impact. You will join a newly created Strategy function and have direct exposure to the top leadership team, plus you will get the opportunity to observe the impact of your work quickly translate into action across our network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Formulate the strategic agenda for the business
    • Define strategic pillars, objectives and KPIs based on the company’s goals and objectives
    • Define performance management infrastructure (i.e., reporting mechanisms) for the executive team
    • Conduct research and analysis on business performance to identify trends and insights
    • Support strategic planning process and other reporting
    • Communicate and align strategic priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Drive execution of initiatives in partnership with business units
    • Partner with business units to identify initiatives that drive business impact
    • Track business performance and provide insights and visibility to business leaders
    • Implement initiatives alongside business partners, resulting into measurable impact
  • Identify innovation opportunities within existing business and adjacent spaces
    • Analyze trends in the Out of Home Entertainment industry and identify potential opportunity areas
    • Partner with business functions to continuously identify and launch innovation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of management consulting experience at a top tier firm
  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Experience with database management (e.g., SQL) and analytics (e.g., Python) preferred
  • Proven experience managing independent workstreams in the context of a broader team project
  • Experience managing team members preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
