Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in software development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication within the team. - Implement best practices for software configuration management. - Conduct regular reviews and audits of configuration management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in designing and implementing software configuration solutions. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 Years of fulltime education is required.
