The Frontline Seller is responsible for managing and growing relationships with customers—primarily small accounts and end users—within an assigned local geographic area. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and providing solutions that fall within a defined set of offerings, pricing structures, and margin guidelines. The Frontline Seller supports existing accounts, drives incremental sales, and ensures an excellent customer experience while working toward a limited sales target or quota.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small accounts and end users.
- Understand customer needs through regular engagement and recommend suitable solutions within approved frameworks.
- Provide timely support and service to existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Execution
- Promote and sell less technically complex solutions aligned with standard pricing and margin guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage or increase account penetration within assigned territory.
- Meet assigned sales quotas and performance metrics with support from supervisors or senior sellers as needed.
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and ensure consistent follow‑ups and service delivery.
- Document customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in required systems or tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Collaboration & Support
- Work alongside more experienced sellers to learn and apply best practices.
- Seek guidance from direct supervisor to improve performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience (Any One of the Following Required):
- Bachelor's (University) Degree + Minimum 1 year relevant experience, OR
- Associate/2‑year Degree + Minimum 6 years relevant experience, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Competencies
