Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve enterprise architecture for websites, APIs, and services.
- Oversee AEM projects to align with enterprise architecture.
- Lead API strategy including design, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product, UX, development, and DevOps teams.
- Support platform governance, technology selection, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.



Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- Strong expertise in API design, RESTful architectures, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, Mulesoft, AWS API Gateway).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern delivery practices.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies across various platforms.
- Proficient in using test management tools to track and report testing progress.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
