About the Role

  • Customer Service

What You Will Do

  • Daily operations related to after-sales department expenses, including consolidation, verification, and payment of repair costs from third-party service providers, as well as payment processing for ODM spare parts procurement orders.
  • In SAP, handle goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfer operations for after-sales whole units and spare parts, mainly involving the SD and MM modules.
  • Service spare parts management, including master data maintenance, development and adjustment of PSI plans, PO/SO order processing, daily inbound and outbound coordination with spare parts warehouses, and inventory optimization.

  • Processing of sales orders for service spare parts, as well as system operations related to DOA (Dead on Arrival) of complete units

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree from a full-time university, with at least two years of work experience.
  • Basic requirements: Proficient in using common office software; good English reading and writing skills; excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience with SAP systems is preferred; experience in e-commerce platform customer service or after-sales service for consumer electronics products is also preferred.
