Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves supporting and managing the delivery of production systems and services to ensure smooth and reliable operations. This role requires close attention to operational requirements and adherence to service agreements, coordinating with various teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands proactive monitoring, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of operational processes to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of operational strategies to enhance system availability and reliability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Linux Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, Oracle VM.
- Strong knowledge of Linux system architecture, kernel tuning, and performance optimization.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting production environments to ensure high availability.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
