Responsible for overseeing and managing the digital projects, ensuring they are completed on-time-in-full, while facilitating communications, optimization to bring resolution to meet project goals.  

Project Planning & Management & Optimization 

  • Works closely with Business Stakeholders to understand plans and demands.  

  • Understand project scope and deliverables in collaboration with the business stakeholders.  

  • Assesses demand vs. capacity to ensure optimal utilization of resources.  

  • Develop fulfilment plan and project plan such as timelines, resource allocation and milestones with minimal disruptions and cost impacts, where required 

  • Provision for resources to meet business demands, ensuring optimal productivity & efficiency.  

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for timely implementation of projects.  

  • Monitor & track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.  

  • Provide consulting & guidance to all relevant project teams, ensuring that technical aspects of the projects are aligned with stakeholder requirements.  

  • Works with all stakeholders for any process improvements where required 

  • Actively work with business stakeholders to groom requests depending on pillar services requirements. 

  • Ensures clear line of visibility on request grooming progress.  

  • Ensures healthy backlog to optimize resources available.  

  • Escalation & Resolution point for any issues or delays experienced in both planning and project execution.  

  • Oversight the implementation & development of the project, in collaboration with project teams. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities & develop for improvements and optimisation plans, in collaboration with stakeholders, Platform and SME Leads.  

 

Stakeholder Communication:  

  • Serve as key point of contact for project stakeholders  

  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones and risks.  

  • Collaborate with SMEs to identify business needs for an integrated web journey / campaign.   

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment  

  • Collaborate with the Digitization team to ensure the timely deployment of product catalog, accompanying the launch of each client website, where required 

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Automation team to ensure the timely build of Eloqua forms and assets, for integration on client website, where required 

  • Collaborate with the Content team to ensure review of content plans, for localization and SEO, where required. 

  • Collaborate with the Development team to ensure the accurate and high-quality build of client websites, incorporating localized content and product catalogue, and form integration, where required 

  • Collaborate with the third-party vendor to ensure the timely deployment of social media campaign, where required. 

  • Coordinate to ensure timely delivery of digital program assets (owned social paid media posts), local adaptations / translations. 

  • Coordinate the reviews and approvals from local marketers/ approvers.  

  • Ensure internal communications for program launch.  

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Education / Skills Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field.  

  • Project Management, Scrum-certified or other relevant certificate 

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel 

  • Knowledge & experience in Workfront, Jira is advantageous  

 

Experience:  

  • 6-9 years relevant working experience as Project Manager in business or digital marketing environment. 

  • Digital Marketing experience. 

  • Experience in managing end to end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery. 

  • Experience in Agile, Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
