The Manufacturing Materials Kitter is responsible for gathering, organizing, and preparing materials and components required for manufacturing or assembly processes. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of kits to production areas, supporting efficient workflow and minimizing downtime. The kitter works closely with inventory systems, warehouse staff, and production teams to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Specific Duties:
- Cycle counting of inventory

- Work in process, and preparation of finished goods inventory for shipment.

- Pulling materials from stock and compiling them into kits with the required paperwork

-Process ERP transactions required to relieve stock and load production jobs.

Able to track inventory, kits, and work in process jobs in an organized manner to fulfill demand and satisfy finished goods inventory needs

REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing support roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials manually and operate material handling equipment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in cleanroom environments or manufacturing.
  • Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and RFID technologies

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $26 to $36.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
