This position provides strategic and tactical support to the organization by understanding a variety of data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription and sales offerings to internal clients. In addition, this individual would have the ability to function both independently and within a group. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail and perform with a high degree of accuracy. This position requires strong communication skills and prioritization flexibility to handle tasks across multiple, concurring data events.
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for understanding data situations and creating communications for clients who purchase one or more of IQVIA’s syndicated prescription, patient and/or sales data offerings (e.g. NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP etc.). The candidate will also be responsible for providing support and responding to general questions about prescription and sales offerings to internal clients.
Principle Accountabilities:
Composes client-facing communications based on information collected regarding various data situations.
Under supervision and following SOP’s, identifies the details needed for each communication.
Provides verbal communication on weekly call with Client Service to explain data situations.
Under guidance, responds to questions about the data situations.
Receives general questions about core IQVIA offerings and, under supervision, gathers information to respond to those questions.
May identify opportunities for changes/updates to existing SOP’s.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or related field(s).
At least 2 years’ experience with communications.
Experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $59,600.00 - $99,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
