What You Will Do:

  • Communicate with clients, nontechnical staff, and technical staff to achieve successful outcomes. 
  • Manage subcontract agreements, vendors, and project budgets. 
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and deliver assignments within a high-volume and deadline-driven environment. 
  • Manage field staff including tasking, programmatic support, training, and fielding of inquiries. 
  • Provide conference and meeting planning and support to include; managing registration and attendee inquiries, assisting with meeting materials production, and providing onsite support for client conferences, meetings, and webinars. 

What You Will Need:

  • Master's degree and minimum eight (8) years of experience
  • Experience supporting rare diseases research


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • M.S., Genetic Counseling
  • Project Management Professional
  • Familiarity with Genetic and Rare Diseases (GARD)
